One of the most critical factors in the successful establishment and operation of the Boys & Girls Club of Maui is its Board of Directors.  For the organization to continue to grow and serve the many youth of Maui, it does so with volunteer leaders who recognize its value to the community and who are committed to its success.  Through the hardwork and dedication of these volunteers, the benchmark of their service is the impact made upon the lives of young people who depend on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui as their guide and opportunity to a lifetime of success.
